sumtimes i dnt get it...its just a amv fan made no profit is being made like seriously if you make a song its for people to listen and have and if they do not want no one to have rights then dont make cd's and just keep it to themself...POINT BLANK PERIOD

it didn't get taken off because there was anything bad in the video it was because of the Sum 41 -hell song. He doesn't own it so someone that does made a claim to get youtube to take it off

whoa i didn't know this happened, you know all you have to do is rerender the same AMV in a different format and you can upload it again, just when you do upload it, do add any tags on it, like : the song name or anything, that should keep it save from getting removed
