The majority of Creidit Agreements taken out before April 2007 breach the specific terms and conditions laid down in the Consumer Credit Act 1974. This means that they ultimately may be deemed as unenforcable by the lender should you not repay the debt.   • never take credit from these filthy banks, they have an agenda to enslave everyone with debt. debt is the modern day plague. dont let banks win.
