Yes the name is "Quartz crystal." You can buy them from any place you like that sells stones. Just make sure to get a small one. As small as possible. You only need one too.

@astralprojection4u Thanks for the prompt response. I plan on buying the book for kindle and jump right into it. Is "quartz crystal" the name of the specific one? How much do I need per session? Do I buy them from an occult shop, or a jeweller? I plan on locating a particular person. I know which city, and which street, but not exactly where. The city itself is ten hours away by bus. Crystals are actually cheap. You only need a tiny quartz crystals. In most cases they can be purchased for only $ 2 or 3 dollars.
