Demint: Libertarians Don't Exist!

Senator Jim Demint argued you can't have a message about small government and fiscal responsibility without it being inextricably linked to religion. That if you want Government to be small, God needs to be big. Reason's Michael Moynihan explains that Demint is fearful of libertarians and is pushing his religious values on everyone else.

@DyeTyme Most atheists are libertarian for the license. They often have a desire to do immoral things which is why they are disconnected from God.

I was an atheist at one point in my life and all I can say is society should be thankful I'm not anymore. You probably hate Him as I did. Atheism itself is illogical. No one can KNOW if God does not exist.
Smarter people say Agnostic.

Wow... Is this supposed to be an interview??? This extreme libertarian rant makes em look bad. I really like the greats (Thomas Sowell, Milton Friedman etc.) but the Ron Pauls, and whoever this guy is really distort the views of Libertarianism. IN MY OPINION. If you have an opinion concerning my comment, please respond, but don't try to label my political affiliation or anything stupid, we are all in the same country at the end of the day trying to figure this thing out.

The answer is not a new PARTY but new CANDIDATES. New IDEAS. I don't want three parties of CRAP...I want better candidates. These better candidates can run for whatever party they want...but if we focus more on party than candidates then we will STILL lose.
