is changing conventional oil and synthetic oil the same? like the same process? (wondering as shops charge alot to chage synthetic oil)

CAUTION ! before you start any tune up job don't get drunk and DO NOT BUY FRAM OIL FILTERS for any vehicle.
I recommend Wix Mobil 1 or K & N the best protection for your engine after that you can get F&^%dD TOP
