  • There's a difference between the rate of population growth and the rate of reproduction. If a population has a high rate of reproduction but low child survival rates its population growth will be slow. The same is true the other way around.

  • @kubaniski That's true but how is that relevant to this discussion?

  • Graves still hasn't explained why the data suggest three underlying taxa. Even if r/K Selection theory was flawed it doesn't eliminate the need to explain the grouping of the data. There are two broad components of Rushtons work: (a) the data; and (b) the explanation for the data. Even if Rushton's (b) is flawed, (a) still stands.

  • @PiotrThePrimate Graves doesn't need to explain every data set that Rushton records. Rushton's data is mostly an exercise in confirmation bias. Find as many facts that appear to support your position and ignore those that don't. Graves explained that none of Rushton's data validate his theory. Much of it is tainted or of poor quality and the valid research among the data can be explained environmentally. The fallacy of Rushton is failure to make a positive argument.

  • @DarwinzFriend You type in so much bullshit you say shit without the proper research.

Obama was a bad example for you to use(EVEN THOUGH NO EXAMPLES COULD PROVE YOUR CLAIMS)

Obama's father was accepted in Harvard.

I wonder what college his mother was accepted in?

AND YOU RACIST ALWAYS WANT TO POINT TO HIS MOTHER'S SIDE!......HOW FOOLISH.

  • @DarwinzFriend This is the same message you sent me, at least come up with something intelligent and original. lol

  • @EgalitarianJay Yes most racist will go to any length to hold on to their beliefs without properly examining them.

  • @4zahra It's funny that that racist claimed Obama was over half White considering the fact that his father is from Africa (therefore presumably 100% Black). I read in Obama's book that according to his Grandma Obama's mother side has some Native American ancestry. So his mother like many White Americans isn't exactly racially pure or 100% of European ancestry.

  • @4zahra

Well, the dude you were replying to is stupid. I just replied 'cause it sounded like you were insulting his mom.

  • @ThirdRAILKink Again many racist like to point to Obama's white kinfolk without the proper research.

  • @ThirdRAILKink I am not Implying one was smarter than the other, I just replied to the comment that @DarwinzFriend made

    quote:

In the United States and south America, about 98% of the "Blacks" are actually "colored", or kissed by the genetic brilliance of non-Negroid race. Obama, for example is over 1/2 white.//////

This was a false statement and Obama was a bad example since Obama's father was accepted into a by far more prestigious College and also has degrees to back it up.

  • @4zahra

Yes he was, but his mother was clearly a very intelligent, highly educated individual also, and just becuase Obama, Sr. got into Harvard doesn't mean he was neccessarily smarter, as you maybe were implying. Maybe he was, but she was certainly no intellectual slouch.

And, not that it's relevant to their intelligences, but it was she who raised Obama and oversaw his upbringing and education.

  • @ThirdRAILKink

It is a lot harder to get into Harvard than the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

You can transfer there as a continuing student with a g.p.a of 2.5........Can't do that at Harvard.

Yes she was well educated.....but Obama's father was definitely well educated too.

  • @4zahra

His mother was educated at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa and had two bachelors in mathematics and anthropology and a Ph.D in Anthropology. She was a very well-educated, intelligent professional.

Were you implying she was stupid?
