Luke explains the history behind the ring that Alexis wears and parts with her telling her that he will expose the truth if she crosses him. She is, after all, a Cassadine so Luke keeps his upper hand not knowing that Helena has been watching the entire time.

Alexai Davidavich and Sophia (or whatever) is her Alexis' full Cassadine name apparently...er, Natasha Alexis Davidivich, etc. Not sure about that but she was living with her mother until Helena killed her then Mikkos made Helena allow Alexis to come live and grow up with them.

Alexis real name is Princess Natasha Alexandra Mikkosovna Cassadine But they changed her name to Alexis Davidovitch...Her father cheated on his wife which was Helena with Alexis mother

hmmm in this scene Luke says that Alexis was four when Kristin was killed but when Kristina Sr. arrives and Alexis is telling her of their mother's murder, Alexis says she's nine or ten. Gonna love sticking to cannon LOL

@Matuatay2 actually Alexis' real name is Natasha Alexandra Mikkosovna Cassadine; it was changed to Alexandra Davidavich when Mikkos took her in after her mother's murder. Sophia was his sister, I don't think it was ever said how she and Alexai died, only that he told Helena that Alexis was their child.

From what I heard, Sophia is Mikkos, Victor and Tony's sister. That's why Alexis said "born Cassadine" after saying her name because she hyphenated her last name after marriage. I'm not sure who Alexei Davidovich is, it could be Sophia's husband but I do know Alexis stems from Alexandra, Natasha's middle name. After Helena agreed to spare Natasha's life, she and Mikkos pawned her off as Sophia's daughter, hense her becoming the "distant cousin" and being known as "Alexis Davidovich".
