@AdemiaDavenport if she shouldnt be excused then why give her the rights? :S Its her choice yes, obviously, but in that case she (and maybe her fans) should expect the worst without complaining.

@sistergirl101 Not that she should be excused. I'm just saying that she has a right to want immunity. Not that she is correct in her actions but that she can ask for immunity without having something to hide. Plain and simple.

@AdemiaDavenport So you're saying that if you're famous you're automatically given the right to not have to go to court to explain a death that could be linked to you? Where the hell does fairness fit into that? honestly i dont consider having the media after you a legit excuse. Im not saying she did it. but she's not following the universal laws that society has built to keep us safe. Shes a person who has chosen a difficult profession but still shouldnt be excused from not following our rules.

@sistergirl101 Oh yeah it is so easy to step forward when there are people already blaming you for the crime. Would you go up in front of everyone (news crews etc) and be ready to just tell the truth when you know it will be twisted more than a twizzler and you will be bashed no matter what you say merely because you don't have all the answers? She is just coming back into the spotlight she doesn't need this shit. And if her and Heath were friends it must be painful to be put through all that.

They found NO connection between her and drugs, they NEVER accused her of it, and she was 3,000 miles away. THAT'S WHAT IT SAID ON THE NEWS. The REAL news.
Obviously she had nothing to do with it. This is all just silly rumor.
