  • I have question. "Who is doing this meditation practice? (Lilou is.) Who is Lilou? Is she mind, body, emotions, some compilation of these? Where does her Self abide? What is its nature? What is it made of? What does it look like? Where does it come from/Where does it go?"

Okay, that's a few questions. I'm very curious to know her answers to these though. Not too sure I'd really do her "meditations" though. All the ones mentioned here are rooted in grasping, which is the root of suffering.

  • Hello. I am Lilou and i am pure love energy!!! I send you much love. Thanks for commenting on my videos.

  • @foreverneverO7 maybe you have astigmatism..

  • can someone tell me why do i see two candles while doing candle meditation? is it coz i didnt focus well?

  • It's funny- meditation always get's a good label and etiquette. If y'all knew that meditation has more to do with cult-like intentions more than self-enlightening ones, you'd become controversial about it. It's more like surrendering your consciousness rather than developing and empowering it. Sillies.

  • I believe I am merely taking in energy through my senses that are perceiving my inner light and sound. The mind is full of electricity composed of light, and one's very essence vibrates and produces a sound that one can actually hear.

  • I hear a ringing sound amidst total silence, and focus just on that sound with my eyes closed. I see a swirling light, and focus on that as well. If I focus hard enough, I will feel a huge surge of energy starting at the top of my head that moves down my body. This experience can be quite intense.

  • If you don't feel relax while meditating, that means you are not in the spirit. The samething when you read the Word of God.If you're not relax, you're not in the spirit.

    Harry

  • Knowing yourself and doing repentance comes before meditating on the goodness of God. Remove the bad thoughts and actions, and than do meditation..

  • wonderful clip thanks

  • Sorry, but meditation is no-mind, so it's not imagining things, because that is the mind. In no-mind you are one, you are divine, there is no thoughts and if there is you don't identify with them. This ladys meditation is just thinking and imagining, nothing wrong with that but it's not real meditation.

  • @CT2507 I agree "If you haven't wept deeply, you haven't begun to meditate."-- Ajahn Chah. Also imagining all these fancy houses and cars... seems so ironic people use meditation for that
