actually verve has been approved by the FDA so perhaps you shouldnt be so skeptical. It has also been approved by the USDA, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, & NCAA. I think he is basically saying that if you drink energy drinks, Verve is the healthiest choice.

Rumor has it the Tila Tequila is using this as a publicity stunt. Either way, it was a bonehead move having that happen.

Unlikely. 2 weeks before the start of the NFL season. Someone doesn't get arrested due to a publicity stunt. My friend on the LAPD says it's real and there was alcohol involved.

I have friends on the Phoenix PD, which would be about as useful as having friends on the LAPD when this happened in San Diego.
The Publicity stunt was for the Ho, Tila Tequila, Shawn wanted no part of it.
