A conscious state is required in order for the "probable wave" to become a particle. Its ironic that a "probable wave" could NEVER have become mass without an "outside" influence.
Therefore, if a "probable wave" was within a "potential" state, this "potential" state could not become "kinetic energy ( motion ) without a "conscious" observer. If no kinetic energy exists, no velocity which equals no motion and therefore no mass.
It all boils down to a "conscious" state causing the "potential probable wave" to collapse into physical ( paritcle ) form.
interesting thank you.
