Hi there, could you do a drawing on paper of your filter this way we can see what is the sequence, see the type of material you used dimensions , etc ?? You can sketch something on paper and take some video shoot for youtube. I already have the 145 microns mesh that is what i had.

Wow great job. what is your pump volume/hr? Does the uv light interfere with the bacterial growth on the brushes? Where did you get the 200 micron screen?

@jplster thanks .....my pump holds 3500gph evolution es / no uv light only works for algae control some people they put uv light before the filter and that's no good due to gets dirty so quick ..the screen i got it from ebay 200microns and its called stainless steel screen mesh
