In my first Registry Hack tutorial, I show you how to edit what you can and cannot run through the "Run" dialog box by editing the registry.
Here's the path to those keys:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths
And to shortcut the registry? Make a new shortcut, and type in "regedit" (sans quotes) where you normally type the path.
Need an easier way? Go to this link: http://files.filefront.com/Run+Dialog+Manager+Installer/;13897103;/fileinfo.html, and download the file, unzip it, install it, and run it.
Those with good eyes may notice that the previous link is not the original. I finally got around to updating it.
