  • That sounds like a good idea, if there is unused space. Generally though, I think we cram the trays full of as many seedlings as will fit.

  • This is such an excellent system for people who have to travel for a couple of weeks.

  • do you cover the unused wet portion of the tray with plastic to prevent evaporation?

    cut an old sock into strips , spiraled it through the dirt (root ball) ,then put the remaining wick in a cup of water& nutes next to the plant. Sucks it up like a straw.
