Probably they will. They did the crossover episode with the first 3 doctors (entitled "The Three Doctors") in 1973, for the show's 10th anniversary, and I think "The Five Doctors" was on an anniversary as well. Since 2013 will be the show's 50th anniversary, I think they'll do a crossover episode again then, with Tennant and Eccleston coming back.

For now we'll have to make do with "Doctor Stew - Whole Buncha Doctors".
