This games not for amateurs :P. It takes master level skill to beat this without dieing. One of the reasons why I like it so much. It may not be the greatest game ever, but does it have to be with this kind of challenge?

my guess the confusing overworld, it trying to be horror, so be uneasy wrestling to get into a house that you dont know will open, and roaming while swarms of badies try to kill. i guess?

That hand boss reminds me of the weird hand boss/enemy things in the game Battletoads & Double Dragon.
