1977 Nova 358ci Mutha Thumper Cam

This is my 1977 Nova RS.. This was my first car at the age of 15. After college and when I got a big boy job I pulled the original 305 and had Rocket Racing build me a 358ci Chevy to put infront of the 4speed. I have added a new rearend with cal tracs, 6inch hood, 3inch exhaust with electric cut outs, and new front seats. Future plans are paint (once i figure out how), perfect fit TKO 5speed and maybe a mini tub/335 rear rubber for more of a pro-touring feel....

@bigdogac1 Thanks Brother... I took the car to have the motor put in and I asked for a strong street motor. I was kinda supprised when I picked it up and it had a race motor under the hood. Not real highway friendly (gears and VP fuel) but sure is fun stop light to stop light!

What cylinder heads are you running? im running the same set up but a little stronger due to a long armed bandit 383 stroker i have a vid on youtube but i had to do it in the garage cause outside it was too loud for my camera to record the sound listen pal i had a 78 skylark which is the same frame and body as the nova and i put a 1 1/4 sway bar in the front and put some 16 inch Rims and low profile tires on it and it could take corners at 60
