My name's Loeek, and I'm covering this french song originally played by Louis Capart. This is the best song I can sing in french.

I dedicate this song to all my foreign contacts on Skype who loved it, to my father's mother who wants me to play it for her burial (ahh...wish it was a drinking song instead...anyway, I'll make a bonus track !), and to my aunt Christine who nicely lend me her guitar and once asked me to record it.THANX ! - ASK FOR MORE INFO -

  • Do some Noir Desir stuff... I think it 'd suit you in some strange way

  • @AsgarthaWitch I'm not singing much more than this in French and I'm not planning to... I'm very picky when it comes to sing songs in other languages than English. :)

  • Very pleasant rendition. Are you from a Breton origin? In French, your name "Loeek" gives "Loic" which is a Breton name.

  • @hanterkant Très bonne déduction ! ;)

Bravo!

  • "Marie Jeanne Gabrielle between the sea and the sky, wind blows our shores from all sides,

My home is an island, an island asleep, legends stay in the past and memories,

I wait for my man return, from the sea, perhaps one day he'll mary me ! "

That 's how "Rhum&Eau" and I sing the beginning ^^

  • good job. :)

  • @DandelionFairy - funny to read so...for I am one !
