Dear Tomek Wisniewski. A few weeks a ago a friend of mine brought to my attention your wonderful short documentary film on Siauliai synagogues (watch here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=deyUQya2xzE I was very impressed by it - very well done! With no words it gives a beautiful depiction of the lost world of Jewish Siauliai. I was particularly moved by it since you incorporated in your film a photograph of the synagogue's choir, headed by my Grandfather - Biyamin Minz, who was the cantor of the great synagogue. In this photograph appears also my Mother - Haviva Rosenberg (nee Minz) as well as her elder Brother (Kolev Minz). I am attaching the photograph and the (partial) identification of other members of the synagogue's choir. Hope you will find it of interest. Dr Pnina Rosenberg.
