The Soviets didn't declare war either when they invaded our country in 1939. According to them they weren't at war with us, but were "liberating the Finnish people from the bourgeoise landowners"

Chris Matthews is CNN's equivalent of O'Reilly. Both are blow hards who spin the facts to fit their story. I really like O'Reilly, but can understand why those who refuse to see facts don't Matthews is just an ass who talks out of his ass repeatedly.

Note public law #107-243 Congress voted to authorize the use of the armed forces aagainst Iraq. 296-133. Ronald voted no that would codemn the abuse of Iraqi prisoners. Wants to abolish social security.
