The starter is simply supporting the starter (which you see on the bottom left) to the engine block.

the motor acts as axial piston pumps, but with reversed motion

it would be nice if you put some more infomation, because im very curious about it, i see spark plugs but i dont know if there are piston inside or rotors, or how the whole thing works
