Camcorder expt 1

My (early) Christmas present to myself was a Canon HG20 camcorder. I needed to indulge myself after my frickin' boiler broke down again. Luckily it was repaired a few days later, before the cold weather got serious. Had trouble getting the computer to recognise it until I used one of the motherboard's USBs instead of the case's.

I love snow. It makes cold weather warmer, somehow. I went walking out in it before daytime people started walking all over it. Met a guy who made a snowman of his recently deceased friend; I photographed them together on his iphone for him. This was about a week before Christmas, so of course all that was left on the 25th was ice. I live slightly too far south for a white Christmas...
