@Ellipidioveronica I see you put videos up after my comment lol, your a fool...a disrespectful fool at that, if DJing was your life you would have respect for people getting in the game, no matter how they do it.

Hey mate you have to start somewhere. I got my gear as a starter... Take it easy, the main thing is we enjoy djing. As much as you think it sucks thats where djing and technology is heading...

look the videos on you tube of drum and bass mixin..all on VINYL!!! if you download some fuckin track and buy one of that toys you are not a DJ!!! you not make the movement grow...you don't grow...it's limitative!!!!

This comment has received too many negative votes show
you if you play with this it means that you can't sync with vinyl, you are not a dj! djs use hands!! not buttons! it's too easy push a botton and sync 2 track...EASY!!!! EVERYONE CAN DO IT! MY LITTLE SON TOO!!!!

Hey mate thanks for the feedback but mate this piece of equipment is so crap that it cant pick up the right bpm for dnb! So therefore the sync button does shit! I would have vinyl but I cant afford anything at the moment being a poor uni student. My aim is to be as good as any dnb dj! just because I use this gear doesnt mean I havent deveopled an ear for djing ( which I have). Get one of these for your little son, I bet it would take him a whole year to get used to it! its not easy. Cheers!

not true, mixing isnt always about beat matching, regardless of what type of equipment you still have to understand phrases, bars, keys, drops, song structure etc... theres so much to dj'ing. i started off with a fancy set of pioneers cdj 400 for my 20th, learned how to use them, sod them and bought a good midi and serato, best move i ever made

Yeah there is a lot to it ay. Comes down to hours and hours of practice so you know each of your songs well, how long the intro is, when they drop, key etc. I just got a cdj1000 & 200, but still use this BCD thing to muck around at home with. Serato sounds like a good solution for the cdjs, I dont need software to mix or anything, its more the convenience of having all of your songs there with you that I like
