This is true George without an "s".
But from Brussels to Montreal, his name is written on any CD-book, Georges Gershwin.
Hope they won't call him elsewhere Giuseppe or Jorge. It would be strange.

how sad that he died at the age of thirty nine... I was perhaps 3 or 4 when I first heard this and that was 67 years ago.. it still amazes me...
