I still remember that US spent Billion of dollar on their NASA project, at the end one man still can do the same product at a friction of cost, still can have the same machine to fly to space.

Pak and Chinese has done a good job, it does proof that, not only the Expensive equipment can do the job. Most of the western equipment 3/4 is the labour cost. if you cut the price of labour down, the price of the product way down.
