B-17G Yankee Lady - Flight Experience - June 21, 2008

If you listen closely, you will hear the pilot and co-pilot going through the tail end of their pre-flight checks. This video is the first of a few that I will have from my ride on the B-17G Yankee Lady. This video goes through engine start up and taxi to the end of the runway for take off.

This was in Benton Harbor Michigan. There are about 10 or so different ones that offer these flights and they travel around the country.

I am planning on going up in another one this summer. You really should do it if you get the chance. It is totally worth the money, and most of them are fully tax deductible too!

I wasn't able to get back there. Actually I think we were even instructed not to crawl back there during the flight. If I am every able to get another ride I will definitely see what I can do about getting some video from there. That would be really cool!

hey could you explain why i havnt seen one video showing the back tail gun ? whats up with that, i love this plane
