Excellent job, both in acting and directing! Never mind the lighting and sound, it's just a question of technical device -- if you don't have it what it takes as an actor, no lighting can save you. You both have it -- good luck with your careers!

Thanks for all the comments. I'm the actor playing Raymond in the clip (Dustin Hoffman's role in the real movie). It was shot by a student director who was taking a course at SF Academy of Art. I wasn't real happy with the lighting and sound quality either, but I had no control over it. It was posted on YouTube by the student director, tommymunkey (his YouTube username)
