Probably is, but being a prick doesn't effect an alimony decree and if he is a prick she wasn't much better in running to the press at every turn during the proceedings.

You are as confused as this woman: Personal sacrifice has jack shit influence on alimony decree. She got more than she deserved, according to family court precedence, and Paul agreed to it so that she would agree not to discuss marital confidences, something that any reasonable person would do, anyway, in light of the fact that there is a child involved that may one day read the papers. Not Heather though, you have to pay her to make her mind her p's and q's.
