Hello!
My second Vocaloid project is complete!
Miku, Rin, and Luka sing "Beyond the Sea" in English. This is a song that has been covered in multiple ways by multiple artists. It was originally written in French by Charles Trenet and Albert Lasry. It was rewritten in English by Jack Lawrence. I went with more of the Celtic Woman version, as it fits more to my style of using chords and harmonizing multiple vocals.
Please note that to make this, I used Luka's Japanese voice bank, not her English one. This way she sounded better with Miku and Rin's Japanese voicebanks being made into English.
My apologies, YouTube makes the loud part sound extra loud, so you may want to turn down your speakers a bit... ^^''
The music you hear was put together by me using Sibelius 5. Instruments used were 'Piano' and 'Violin.'
The lighthouse background picture was found with Microsoft PowerPoint, and the image of Miku was drawn by Shirakawamayo, and is one of the alternate, custom images of Miku that you can use in the Vocaloid Lip Sync program. I Photoshopped the image onto the background and added a textbox.
Please enjoy. Comments and constructive criticism are appreciated! ^^
( ^_^)/ Very impressive. I like the song, and Miku and the others sound cute as ever.

Woah, is it really you? :o (^_^)/
Thank you so much for your kind comment! Glad you liked the song. ^^
It's nice to hear everyone so far say that they sound cute. I tried really hard, especially with Miku's vocals on this. The idea of making her sing solo really kind of freaked me out. Like, I wouldn't be able to cover up any words I couldn't make her say, by making one of the others say it instead, know what I mean?

Thank you so much! I'm really glad to hear that you liked it. ^^
Glad to hear that people are still saying that they sound clear. I will continue to try my best and get better and better at perfecting their English. :D

Very nice! Did you arrange the song yourself? :) Ok, so here's my feedback:
+ Nice arrangement
+ Good job making the lyrics in English
- Sounds a bit empty at times. A bit of reverb might do the trick. Audacity is a good thing to have. :)
- The singers don't quite always sync with the instruments. You could use Vocaloid as a VST instrument in Sibelius or import the Sibelius midi file into Vocaloid and use the midi notes as the basis for the singers' notes.
Keep up the good work! :)

Thank you very much for the compliments. :) They are much appreciated.
Ah, yes, I have Audacity, but I hardly know what I'm doing with it still. Hehe. But, I will try some reverb if I do another song like this. Thank you.
I'll also try your idea of importing the midi file from Sibelius to Vocaloid and see what happens. :D
I'll try my best, thank you so much! ^^
