Everybody wants to know Cruz' decision. Cruz says he'll think about all of this, this evening and will make a decision tomorrow. CC doesn't agree.
Mason speaks in defence of Cruz. Cruz wants everybody not to talk about what has happened. Augusta doesn't agree. Then she wants to leave and Lionel too.
CC says to Lindsay to wait for him because he wants to speak with him.

Mason suggests to Sophia being her lawyer but CC doesn't agree. Mason says he's an excellent lawyer but CC prefers to ask for another lawyer. CC says that Mason has teached Channing to be cynical and nasty. Mason replies it's wrong and that CC doesn't want to be responsible. Then Mason says he just wanted to show to Sophia how he loves her.

Mason meets Gina who says she's sorry about Mason and CC's bad relationship. Mason says that CC & Sophia are more close now. But Gina replies Sophia must be punished. Then they talk about Gina's pregnancy. Gina is happy that CC is the father. But suddenly she realizes that perhaps the father isn't CC. She doesn't tell to Mason who is it but Mason says he'll find it soon. And Gina thinks about Hank Judson...
