This was a official war between MM and FOE. It was full opts, however since MM had a few more we had some people sit out to make it even opts. Mostly f2p weapons only such as rune scims and addy arrows, however granite maul and magic bows were allowed. It was a tricky thing because the war was located right on the edge of multi-combat. FOE strategy was to stay together in multi and lure MM members into multi attack. MM strategy was to all range from single into multi. I personally piled 5 FOE members, including two of their leaders.

  • Back to pvm: INEVITABLY, things are going to get easier and easier simply because CPU's follow a routine. DUH. So unless Jagex somehow releases new bosses to hunt monthly, of course it's going to get more boring. That's just so stupid if you're seriously complaining about it. My suggestion: stop doing pvm if it bores you. Go fucking pk, and have fun. Discover. Interact. Conquer.

  • Advertisers and auto-typers have also always been around since the beginning of runescape, and as long as free trade is available for everyone, that's never going to change. (Good thing they only invaded f2p, right?) However, I strongly disagree with you as far as fun goes. With new content and skills and weapons, it should be AMAZING for new players, and better for old players. The source of the mis-credited "overpowered" weapons is the wilderness. People just get mad when they die.

  • The bot nuke took care of a majority of the bots, however color-pickers are on the rise and there's no doubt about that. However, the lead bot-developer is working with Jagex to stop them, and that, a lot like pvm, is going to be fixed-inevitibly. Scammers have also been around a lot, and there really isnt much they can do that doesn't require people to be stupid and give them their stuff.

  • I do mildly agree with you about PvM not being as worth while as it used to be, especially for things like Bandos and Zamorak god wars. But it's a lot like the overpowered weapons issue. It's not really an issue at all because there's new, higher-valued items to be dropped by things like Nex. But I do agree with you, there does need to be some new bosses, and they've been guaranteed to be released at RuneFest 2011. You can expect that to be less of an issue.

  • I agree with you about pjers, however. But, that's an easy fix. Bring back the 10-second rule and if you're attacking someone, you can only be attacked by that someone unless you're in multi-combat. I think that'll return with the release of the new bounty hunter. And as far as overpowered weapons go; as long as there is overpowered gear to counter-act it, then you shouldn't be complaining about it. Jagex needs to update the game to make it more entertaining.

  • I'm not too sure what's wrong with the economy, because if everything goes up in price, money-making just becomes easier (as far as collecting raw materials and selling them goes). And if prices are low, it's just as easy to make money, because everything's just a lower price. For example: 8/4=2, and 6/3=2. Outcome is the same. But I agree with you on the money-making is too easy because of things like staking. That's a problem and it really needs to be taken away.

  • Rushing has always been around and it's rather fun, tbh. Killing an unexpected player from full life points is often times more difficult than killing a pre-determined opponent, because they do things like protecting melee and safing to full as soon as you hit them. If you don't like it, you can always try and kill them by anti-rushing or simply double-korasi specing with a ring of vigour because they often time protect melee.

  • I can see how being easier to level up can be a bad thing, but not for new players-only the people who had previously gotten a skill up a hard way and then they release a newer, easier way to train the skill. But it's always been like that, and it shouldn't be considered a major problem. For example, in 2006, I got an iPod Nano for my birthday, and I thought it was the coolest thing. 4 years later, my sister gets a touch screen. Nothing you can do about it.

  • an hour is way to much and i dont want to waste my time on this so ill take 2 minutes to go over some catagories pking- rushers, looters, no respect, pjers, overpowered weapons (korasi, ags, d claws) economy- easy to get money, fighting monsters isnt worth it say bandos because bandos bgs dropped alot bots- worlds are filled with bots you cant even skill or kill anything. bunch of scammers bunch of advertisments skills- are easy to get to 99 its just not fun as it used to be unless your new

  • @stanskate5 Be specific. What is wrong with this game? Take an hour of your life, sit down and reply to me, precisely every flaw in this game. PLEASE. My inbox is empty, and it's all here for you. I want the specifics, man. Come on.
