@Triethylborane Oh, I must have missed the part where Biden asked the cook to kowtow to him. Afterwards, the cook said that he enjoyed his chat with Biden, and that both of them were just kidding around. It's not a big issue.  If swearing is an issue, then Cheney stands more guilty than Biden. If not, then there's no problem with either. Hell, we swear every day. Why is it such a big deal when a politician does?

@ThatHoboOverThere Patrick Leahy is a senator. Contrary to what Babs Boxer says, there is no marble throne from which the citizens must prostrate themselves before their dear leaders. The No.2 dude in the federal government just went into a citizen's place of business and swore at him, chided him for making a sensible comment.
