If posible can you inform as to the buildings seen on the video...I see no lights shown from the "Windows" except for lights on the roof tops of the buildings and street lights. Are these apartment buildings that we see on your video? I see that the explosion did not cause any damage to the electrical power pant and street lights in that area...However, I see no lights on the floors of the buildings ahead of you.

The rain didn't put out oil fires - it is actually just burning out. Which is good news for us! Thanks for posting the videos.
