  • Xtina in this video = BADASS

  • @Outrajess So, once again, I'm not really sure what your intent is. And I disagree. Songs become very outdated due to style, no matter what the topic is. Just like movies. Example? N'Sync might not appeal to as many of today's younger generation than a group like the Jonas brothers. They're out dated, yet still came about the same time that Xtina did. And you've contradicted yourself, by saying that music is art and subjective, and that Gaga hasn't released a meaningful song.

  • @littledeadybear Well, obviously, overcoming dark times is a universal theme in itself. It would be a relevant theme/topic no matter who sung it or when but you never mentioned the song, only the video. If Gaga released a meaningful song, which she hasn't yet, I'm sure the video would be different to her club/sex themed videos. Let's not forget Xtina has released her fair share of meaningless sex videos, too.

  • @Outrajess Relevant as in people could easily relate to it. That it's not an outdated song. Still catchy as hell, and not dated by the time it was released. I don't think you quite understood my comment. ;) Never said that Xtina copied Gaga. I think you should read the comment more thoroughly before you respond. I said THIS video was tasteful. I was talking about THIS video. So I have to wonder what it is that -you're- going on, and if you're just doing 2 a.m. drunk trolling.

  • @littledeadybear What the hell are you on about? This video was released in 2003, how is it still relevant? It's totally different from what Gaga is doing. Wigs don't automatically = Gaga. Obviously, there's not going to be anything overt or distasteful in a song about overcoming her father's abuse. Gaga's songs are more sexual, so sexier videos make sense. Anyway, art is subjective so it's stupid to say one has more meaning than the other.

  • Honestly. This video seems almost normal during what some could call the 'Gaga' era. But it's tastefully done, and has much more meaning than Gaga could ever have in the weirdness she concocts. At least Xtina keeps it relevant. :)

  • @TRISTAN029 the video is dark but good for this song..

  • @musicviruz great song... but the video is strange how?!

  • Great song!!!!The video is strange!!!But Xtina`s the best!!!!
