@r0bw00d It's not that she was the downfall of the show. In his book, Adam West said that the scripts were losing quality. And when the 3rd season came, they chose (as Adam West put it in his book) 'the wrong shot in the arm.'
It's not that she was the downfall of the show. It's more like she was the 'wrong pill for the wrong ill.'
Watch any of the 3rd season episodes, and then compare them to something early like "Instant Freeze," The Purr-fect Crime," or "The Joker Is Wild."
