This is not a good compare due to daylight, and fact that many users like more diffused moody light than this hight power spot beam. This fact comes from, that our eyes has to switch for long time from light to dark. Diffused light lets you see in outer range of beam. Wanna beam for hundred meters buy a maglite.. wanna headlamp buy with diffusor. You wont regret Petzl.

this video is a fake! it's old on you tube and they don't actually have a h14r, they just put the title for trafic on youtube... you suckers!

Mine H7 gives acceptable light for about 3hours at max, then starts to fade obviously. But you have to keep in mind, that H7 is powered by 3 AAA standard elements

Its obvious that h7 brightens more than xp, but battery life????
Ive heard that h7 at max doesnt light for more than one night +- 8 hours
The h7 looks brighter.... But y not compare these headlamp in the dark where the belong not In broad daylight

@Bassmaster9863 it was actually pretty dark but I have an auto exposure camera, it looks almost like day time, it's actually during sunset.
