There was nothing in his email that could be tied to bullying

She wasn't bullied!

She got a mild private e-mail saying that as she's in the public eye she might consider losing weight, so as to be a better role model.

She then chose to whine about it on air and blow it out of proportion.

How childish and typical of the entitled mentality of American women; they think that they are above criticism.

If this had been a male news anchor blubbering (pun intended) about a nasty e mail hurting his wickle feelings he'd rightly be a laughing stock.

You all need to hear what she said. She said she didn't care and that it wasn't about her, it was about how bullying has become a serious problem in our schools and that children who don't know any better could be VERY affected by that. She also said she laughed it off, but her colleagues and husband convinced to speak out on this. That our children follow by example and that all this man did was make it ok by criticizing her for his children to criticize others. Pointing it out won't help her.

Wow, what a bitch. She is is obese, and then takes offence when someone points it out (mildly) in an email. Jesus, if you can't handle some mild criticism get of TV. She is a bad role model and then whole episode has only made it worse.
