A higher spiritual awareness of the biology of the brain & mind can significantly advance one towards Enlightenment and Zen. The science of biology says that the brain's thoughts are just the result of cells doing work, and teachings on spirituality talk about having a silent mind of Zen. good video for the first part but come back to me when they discover that consciousness doesnt originate in the brain. why is my awareness limited to what my brain produces and just small portion of it at that. A pretty lame "infinitely everything if you ask me." but alas, i am everything

the transition to "God" was not so smooth. the thinking got stuck with confusion about watching. ?how? the idea, the thought swallowed us up. but i need thought, thats who i am. we can go into tricks to watch, maybe in one day see totally. repeat a words correctly without much thought and watch ThinKing...........watch your deeds, doings, reactions, how you feel,...............

Our brain not working itself and not doing any things itself the one who created us he programed it how to work and how long to work from the bigning the brain starting growing but at the age 60 about the brain starting shrinking does it work itself noooooooooo way.

If you reach enlightenment you will die. You wool be completely in control of all of your body's functions and you couldn't do it all.

Wouldn't it make more sense to say that the awareness you have ( so you being an observer) is just a "part" of you rather than being you? With that I mean: we only put ourselves in the role of an observer of ourselves, but isn't this merely a role we take?

@MAGICDRAGONPETE It's a part of Vivaldi's Four Seasons. On my youtube profile page, on the left side, there's a section that says "All of the music in my videos is public domain, and can be found at one of the following:" Click on the bitly link that takes you to Wikipedia. Then use your browser to do a search (ctrl-F) for "vivaldi" and it's the 3rd result. The file is "03 - Vivaldi Spring mvt 3 Allegro - John Harrison violin".
