  • The hood gap is an air intake that vents it to the intake manifold.

At cars and coffee in California, when the Lexus LFA made an appearance and revved up to 9500 rpm. 20 - 30 people flocked to the LFA and took pictures and commented on how amazing that is.

Point is, no one gave a fk about the Corvettes and GTR that were in abundance around it as they were completely ignord.

You only have to see to believe how much presence this car has and how much attention this car can command.

  • @martif84 you're a piece of ****

  • @cbb80 HAHAHAHA. Do you write your own jokes or what?

  • @cbb80 I don't get people like you who refuses to acknowledge a magnificent piece of engineering. Give credit to where it's due. The LFA is very exclusive, sounds AMAZING, and has a presence like no other car. Sure, Corvettes are fast and cheap comparatively but they don't stir the emotions of people like the LFA does. Bottom line: speed isn't the only measure of a car's appeal especially when a buyer has all the money in the world.

  • @cbb80 its an intake

  • @SpeedKlz

You are right. Also Chevy in Europe claimed 125,000 $ before import to EU so it's near 130,000 $ for ZR1 in EU. I would rather buy FORD GT than the Viper ACR and ''ZR1 plastic fantastic''. LF-A is great car, ''you got what you paid''.

  • @cbb80 Don't make yourself look like a moron. 500 millionaire/billionaire enthusiasts (who own supercars already) were hand picked by Lexus to buy these cars. These are all sold out.

ZR1 is a piece of plastic piece of sht with one of the worst interiors I have ever seen in a car that costs more than $110,000. Ridicuously cheap.

Oh yeah, LFA sounds a bazillion times better than ZR-1's V8 and also LFA laps the Nurburgring 10 seconds faster than the ZR-1 (Wikipedia).

  • ZR1. Japanese junk.

Looks like a Toyota Celica with a body kit.

  • for the price they ask, I'd buy a Ford GT and a ZR1 and tape them together.
