they never like to send them in interesting places like cyndonia region or the poles, or any of the odd eological spots. maybe since its nuclear ( and i havent researched the quality of engine and mobility) it might be able to travle further. and better.

Not so, dirt b a g. Many doctors do NOT get paid. Especially if they serve illegal immigrants. Sometimes the hospitals go bankrupt when they cannot pay the doctors. As far as getting treatment, there are free clinics everywhere. no one is refused. That's part of the problem. The illegals and the parasites take advantage of programs meant to help the elderly or helpless women and children. Too many who are just plain too lazy to work and raised to expect a handout! I'm done.
