This actually has to be my favourite ever goal. Just for the sheer cheek and audacity of a player at the top of his game. He was the best in the world at this point, and Chelsea had one of the meanest defences in the world too here. And for him to just dance and toe poke it into the bottom corner is just outrageous. Unreal.

@jayflayer It was a toe poke so not much momentum needed. I may be misisng this completely, but I don't rate this goal. I rate Ronaldinho and many of his other goals, but I just don't get this one.

@DuncanDis0rderly It is true that at the first look there doesnt seem to be anything special about this goal but when you watch the replay from the camera behind the goal you see the accuracy and the precision of the shot and the little space he had to make such a sniper shot  i even saw a tv show in spain where a physics teacher analysed this shot a came to the conclusion that accuracy wise there was a 1-over-1000 chance to see the ball going in but i get yr point
