    wins by miles? I did 0-60mph in less then 5 sec, (remapped), which 335i will do it? only remapped as well but then it will take way more fuel then my diesel.

    Yeah they are built and marketed as eco-boxes though - Put a good 2.5" turbo-back exhaust on a diesel and you'll love it.

    You have to compare it to the 335i and 335is though, and possibly used m3's. They all sound much better than the diesel. I redlined a rental 335d and it sounded like crap.

    if you are not gay ricer take diesel, end of discussion, better fuel economy and mileage, the petrol advantage? ignition works far more well in cold winter and less annoying diesel sound, engines are easier to repair and less expensive to repair but offers less mileage and petrol costs less to insure. Also you can tune petrol easier, but you can make a remapping for diesel which is cheap and you will earn those sweet KW with ease lol, i have both cars, petrol and diesel
