Robot IR-2 (Ed Wasser) meets The Physician (Wil Wheaton), an intergalactic buttinsky in a small blue box spaceship. Together, they work to escape "The Destroyer of Worlds," a binary star system that is destroying its inner planets. With Brigitte Dale.

  • Sigh, if only the Bots had a Twitter or facebook page. It's to bad it will never happen, though. NASA regulations probably have much MORE important things to do than to talk to "Average Joes."

  • @2:27 lower center is the Russian ship from 2010: Contact (sequel to 2001; A Space Odyssey). I just happened to have watched that film this morning! lol

(And I LOVE the Eagle (with cargo pod attached) from Moon Base Alpha!)

  • Love the picture of "the Physician"--wearing newest Doctor's fez, 4th Doctor's scarf, a bit of Colin Baker's horrible orange outfit, David Tennant's 3D glasses, holding a Rose...pretty nice Doctor Who references

  • Definitely not the Sulaco. Prometheus from SG-1? (@3:31)

  • Ships I saw: @2:26 The Eagle - upper right Possible NX - upper center Possible Monolith - lower center @2:28 Star Destroyer - far left @3:31 Much better shot of an NX - lower right Something I recognize but can't name, looks kinda like a Battlestar. Sulaco? - upper center @7:01 Whitestar - far right @8:34 Star Destroyer (again) - upper right @9:56 Possible leviathon - Far right I didn't see a firefly. When/where is that?
  • Very cool and interesting video! Keep them coming!

  • I loved this! This is WAY better than I expected! Real science AND a good story. Thank you!

  • @Fetch26291 You officially earn the NASA Award for Easter Egg Finderness!

  • @Fetch26291 (thank goodness for the Pause button) Star Destroyer, Leviathan, Firefly.
