OMG!!!!! .. I'm not even professional and I'm always going on about phlegm, my palate, I never drink ice cold drinks .. and the "spinto quality" thing .. LOL, that actually is me. I've heard caffeine and too much milk aren't great but i'm way too addicted to cups of tea to go that far ..
