  • I have tried using my champion juicer. I have tried with roasted and not roasted almonds. I do not get this result. I get sort of a dry paste or a dusty powder. How long do you roast the almonds?

  • @happyhealthy55 My guess is that you haven't put it through twice.

  • Please tell us how you make it so creamy... Thanks.

  • @happyhealthy55 We use half fresh almonds and half roasted. The fresh ones are better for you, but the roasted ones have more oils and have a richer taste. You need to put them through TWICE - that is the most important thing.

  • How do you get those almonds so creamy? Do you add any oil or anything? I have an Omega 8006 single gear, low heat masticating juicer.

  • @dearyogini Someone replied to your comment claiming to be the person who posted this video. If you look at my other videos you can see it's my kid and my house.

  • Will I be able to get an ultra-smooth grit free butter if i run the almonds through more than twice? i'm looking for a very smooth texture suitable for making ice cream. thanks~!

  • @rrrlighthouse Thanks! Yes, some roasted almonds definitely help with the richer flavor. I generally eat raw foods, so this half and half technnique is a good idea.

  • @rrrlighthouse Thank you. Will give it a try for sure :)
