As a MS4 and thus designated to compressions, the rhythm I use is "ah ah ah ah one more year, one more year"
BTW, they don't tell you in BLS just how tiring it is.

Apparently, one of my school alumni (and the guy who gave the speech at my WCC) is the one who published a paper (in 2005) about the whole Stayin Alive thing.
But I learned that shizz ten years ago in lifeguard training! Hawaii has it goin on.
