Recently he made some great saves against The Toon's fierce rivals Man United and his teammates recorded a 3-0 win @ SJP but another clean sheet for Tim Krul and a goal-line clearance from fullback Danny Simpson to prevent The red devils from scoring.

I'm Dutch and the problem of most of us; most of Dutchies don't see new GK's having the same potential as our older keeper.
When V/d Sar stopped international, we were all doubting if Stekelenburg had interland potential. That doubting was directly gone after South Africa 2010. (look up, save on Kaka)
Krul was in South America and it was unbelievable. Let just one goal through, but lost penalties.
I'm sure Krul gives the Netherlands team a better future!
