They need to source the signed copy of this document, the BQ brought an unsigned one and that's not sufficient. Stockwell Day denies it and tells the BQ to repeat the claim outside of the House of Commons (where they can be sued for what they say).

The Conservatives won with over an 11% edge, the Liberals can not effectively run Canada with 26.24% of the vote, we are not Italy and the rest of Canada can be taught the phrase and political meaning of "Je me souviens".
