  • Some years ago, someone came up with the "brilliant idea" of dumping tires in the ocean as a way to promote the growth of reefs.. So they begin dumping a buttload of tires with obviously disastrous results,,, Good Job,,, The Navy should keep these types of activities going.. It helps the environment while at the same time helping divers practice..

  • this is pathetic .. this is typical job of what repuliscum Rush Noball advocate do .. don't give an rats azz about environment where we live in..

  • these experts also thought that putting old ships at the bottom of the sea was a good idea , you will see how wrong they were in a few years

  • some "expert" thought many years ago that reefs would grow on these tires, as you can see they were wrong.

  • Why? To clean the water, water training or some other reason?
