@litlblukau sure Damon had lots of girls but he lnever had alot of loves. Stefan claimed he loved every girl he was with. Damon only said he loved Kat and Elena (never once when he was with caroline or the girl that got bit did he say "i love you".) when he kissed elna in season 3 you can tell she loves him back because she never got mad or told him off, nor did she aruge when stefan said she loved damon or when damon said "it is right just not right now"

@fun747 YEs,but Rebecca was nothing next to 100 girls Damon was with (he actually fucked a lot of them.). And Kat and Rebecca (in Stef's case) were before Elena. Damon had a lot of girls after Elena. He loves Elena,but I don't think she does love him back. You remember 'It's always gonna be Stefan'. She feels something but I think he is more like bestfriend. Not rarely girls think they like their guy friends. I think she truly loves Stefan.

Even though Damon is the "badass" one (stefan to me cant really pull off bad..just cruel) ..damon would be more crushed from Elena's death. Damon is cocky and sarcastic to hide how emotional he truly is. Stefan would be sad too but he'd get over it in about 60 years. Damon would honestly kill himself, I believe. After he rips apart whoever killed Elena, of course.
